These are unofficial builds of CyanogenMod 12.1 for Motorola Moto G 2013 (falcon), then you will find the main features of these builds.

-android_kernel_motorola_msm8226: msm8226: Reclaim RAM from loggers.

-Lollipop Bootloader is not requiered for the installation.

-SELinux it's in permissive mode.
-Ever synced with the last CM-12.1 Sources.
